Cancellation Policy for Photo Booth Hire

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your photo booth hire. However, as a service-based business, we rely on advanced bookings to allocate resources and ensure availability for our clients. Therefore, we have implemented the following non-refundable cancellation policy:


1. Booking Confirmation:

   Once you have confirmed your photo booth hire with us, a non-refundable amount of 100% is required to secure your booking. This serves as a commitment fee and guarantees the availability of our services for the specified date and time.


2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests:

   In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your photo booth hire, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


3. Non-Refundable Deposit:

   The full payment at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. This payment is used to reserve the photo booth and related services for your specific event date. Even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be refunded.


4. Rescheduling:

   If you need to reschedule your event to another date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that the non-refundable deposit cannot be transferred to the new date. A new deposit will be required to secure the revised booking.


5. Force Majeure:

   In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, equipment failure), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. If no alternative arrangement can be made, we will refund any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit.


By confirming your photo booth hire with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable cancellation policy.
